Disney Lorcana Attack of the Vine: The 10 Chase Cards, Ranked

Disney Lorcana's 13th set, Attack of the Vine, hit wide retail on July 24, 2026, and it is already the most expensive opening week the game has had. Monsters Inc joins the ink pool for the first time alongside returning faces from Up and Turning Red, the set breaks Lorcana's old 204 card ceiling at 207 numbered cards, and its two Iconic pulls are already trading in the thousands days after release. Here are the 10 cards everybody is chasing from Attack of the Vine, and which ones we think actually hold a PSA 10.

What Makes This Set Different

Attack of the Vine is Set 13, following Wilds Unknown (Set 12, May 15, 2026) and preceding the reported Hyperia City later this year. Two things separate it from every set before it. First, the roster: Sulley, Mike Wazowski, and Boo bring Monsterpolis into the Emerald ink, while Carl Fredricksen and Russell (Up) and Meilin Lee (Turning Red) round out a genuinely Pixar heavy lineup. Second, the card count: at 207 numbered cards, this is the first Lorcana release to push past the 204 card ceiling every prior set used.

Mechanically, the set introduces the Hunny keyword, a Hundred Acre Wood mechanic seen on cards like Christopher Robin and the Hunny Mage line, plus a new Vineling characteristic tied to the set's name. Both are meaningful Constructed additions, part of why demand has run hot on the competitive and collector sides at once.

The other driver is supply. Multiple sellers have flagged availability issues at retail in the set's first week, and thin supply against high demand is the recipe for the inflated early prices below. Every number here is a snapshot of a market that is days old and still moving.

The Rarity Ladder, Quick Refresher

Lorcana sorts cards into eight tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Super Rare, Legendary, Epic, Enchanted, and Iconic. Enchanted cards are full art alternates that pull at roughly 1 in 100 packs and have been the classic chase since the game's early sets. Epic and Iconic were added in Fabled (Set 9) as a ceiling above Enchanted: Epic uses a rainbow foil treatment, and Iconic is the rarest tier in the game at only two cards per set, carrying a specialized foil and a 3D hot stamp. Attack of the Vine ships 18 Epic cards, 18 full art Enchanted cards, and 2 Iconic cards in the secret range above the numbered set. See our Disney Lorcana sets release calendar for the full history of how that ladder came together.

Every booster pack runs 12 cards including one guaranteed foil at a random rarity, so an Epic, Enchanted, or Iconic pull is possible in any pack. A booster box carries an MSRP near $144 for 24 packs, the number to run through the math in is my card worth grading before you commit to a case.

The 10 Cards Everybody Wants

10. Boo, Energetic Child

Why everybody wants it. Boo carries this set on personality alone, the emotional center of the Monsters Inc trio, and a solo card of her was a marquee prerelease pull.

The grade that matters. Surface. Boo's soft pastel shading shows print lines and roller marks faster than a hard foil field, so check the surface scan before trusting a clean eye test.

Price check. She trades well below the set's Enchanted duo cards, making her the cheapest way onto this list.

Why everybody wants it. Turning Red's first real Lorcana spotlight, with a Temporary Shift ability that shifts her in for a turn and bounces her back to hand with damage wiped clean.

The grade that matters. Centering. Dual mechanic text pushes the printed text closer to the border, leaving less room for print drift before centering fails.

Price check. Comps are thin days after release. Treat any number you see right now as provisional.

8. Mike Wazowski, Heroic Climber

Why everybody wants it. The other half of the Monsters Inc headline duo, on his own card. His ability reveals the top card of each deck on play or quest, giving him a Constructed home on top of the collector demand.

The grade that matters. Corners. This inkable card sees heavy shuffling, and Enchanted foil whitens at the corners faster than most collectors expect once a card has actually been played with.

Price check. A premium over the set's other single character Enchanteds, but well under the duo cards below it here.

7. Carl Fredricksen & Russell

Why everybody wants it. Up's Lorcana debut, leaning into the film's tone with Paradise Falls fading into the mist behind the pair. The Outdoor Skills ability, an extra lore point and Evasive for every character at the location, adds a Constructed niche too.

The grade that matters. Edges. The dense background art runs edge to edge with no clean border to hide behind, so chipping and cut variance are easier to spot than on a simpler card.

Price check. One of the stronger single duo Enchanteds outside Monsters Inc, though confirmed sales are still catching up to current asking prices.

6. Dash Parr & Violet Parr, Super Siblings

Why everybody wants it. The Incredibles fan base was already primed by Wilds Unknown's Pixar debut, and this eight ink duo, a two lore quest with a six ink Combo Shift, is a build around card that Constructed players and collectors both want.

The grade that matters. Surface, on the reflective field behind the two characters. High contrast duo art on foil shows scratches and handling marks first under angled light.

Price check. Sits with the set's other marquee duo Enchanteds, a real chase but not the ceiling of this list.

5. Maleficent & Diablo, Evil Incarnate

Why everybody wants it. Maleficent is one of Lorcana's most reliably strong pulls across sets, and pairing her with Diablo on a seven ink Amethyst and Steel card gives villain collectors a new grail. It sits high in the secret rarity range, alongside the set's priciest listings.

The grade that matters. Surface on the dark background. Black and near black art shows every print line and handling mark more clearly than a light colored card, the reason dark backgrounds run lower PSA 10 rates across every card game we grade. For how that plays out across the three major graders, see PSA vs BGS vs CGC.

Price check. Among the priciest listings in the set behind the Iconics and the Monsters Inc headliners, but treat the exact number as a moving target in a thin market.

4. Winnie the Pooh & Piglet, Hunny Mages

Why everybody wants it. The Hundred Acre Wood gets the spotlight through the set's new Hunny keyword, and Beckett flagged this pair as the standout Enchanted of the prerelease, the card that best shows off the new mechanic.

The grade that matters. Centering. Full bleed art with a busy honeycomb motif close to the border makes drift easy to spot, and easy to spot is exactly what caps a 10.

Price check. The clearest lesson on this list about day one pricing. Prerelease listings had it near $1,200 on July 17. A week into wide release, TCGPlayer's market price had cooled to roughly $679, a near 45 percent drop in about a week, and the best argument here for checking real comps before paying a prerelease premium.

3. Sulley & Boo, Scare Buddies

Why everybody wants it. The headline Monsters Inc card and the mechanically richest one here. This six ink Amber and Ruby duo carries a four ink Combo Shift, and its "Power of Friendship" ability plays characters back out of the discard when it is banished.

The grade that matters. Corners and surface together. The Combo Shift text adds print density near the edges, and the art runs across a foil field that reads scratches easily, so all four sub-grades matter here, not just one.

Price check. TCGPlayer's market price sits close to $994, matching the average of recent eBay sales, a rare case where the asking price and the confirmed sales price actually agree.

2. Belle & Beast, Certain as the Sun

Why everybody wants it. One of the set's two Iconic pulls, the rarest tier in the game, and as classic a Lorcana pairing as exists. This seven ink Ruby and Sapphire card can quest for two lore on its own, unusually efficient for a card this rare.

The grade that matters. Surface, on the Iconic tier's specialized foil and 3D hot stamp. That finish has no track record yet, so nobody has a graded population large enough to say how it behaves under a loupe. Scan before you submit.

Price check. The widest, least settled range on this list. Early listings have run from roughly $3,500 up toward five figures, a spread that says the market has not found this card's real price yet.

1. Lilo & Stitch, Fun-Loving Friends

Why everybody wants it. The set's other Iconic, and by seller consensus the single most valuable card in Attack of the Vine. Dual ink, picture in picture art styled like a vintage movie poster, in the hardest pull slot in the product, and it has still separated itself as the clear number one target.

The grade that matters. Corners and centering. The vintage poster framing puts a hard visual border close to the art, making both centering drift and corner whitening unforgiving in a way plainer full bleed cards are not.

Price check. Confirmed eBay sold comps have run $2,500 to $3,500, tighter and more consistent than Belle and Beast's asking prices, part of why we rank it the top chase over the wider spread next to it.

The ZeroPop Verdict: What to Grade, What to Sell Raw

The two Iconics, Lilo & Stitch and Belle & Beast, are the clearest grade candidates. Iconic pull rates are the tightest in the game, populations will stay small for a long time, and a true PSA 10 or CGC 10 of either should clear a submission fee many times over once prices settle. Sulley & Boo and Winnie the Pooh & Piglet are next, both proven Enchanteds with real trading volume and enough raw value that a confirmed gem still pays for itself.

The rest of the countdown calls for patience. Maleficent & Diablo, Dash Parr & Violet Parr, and Carl & Russell are real chases, but comps are too thin to promise the math works at today's asking prices. Scan the card, hold it, and revisit submission in a month once sold prices settle in. Meilin Lee, Mike Wazowski, and Boo sit closer to sell raw territory for most copies, desirable but rarely clearing a grading fee at current raw values. Run every candidate through the is my card worth grading math and check comps against our best cards to grade in 2026 roundup rather than a number a seller quoted last week.

Across every card here, scan the pull through ZeroPop the moment it comes out of the pack, before a top loader hides a scratch. Our four sub-grades flag exactly the risk called out for each card above, so you know whether you are holding a submission or a sell-raw copy before you spend a dime on a grading fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

When did Disney Lorcana Attack of the Vine release?

Attack of the Vine had its local game store prerelease on July 17, 2026, and its wide retail release on July 24, 2026. It is Set 13, following Wilds Unknown (Set 12, May 15, 2026).

What are the two Iconic cards in Attack of the Vine?

The two Iconics, the rarest tier at two per set, are Lilo & Stitch, Fun-Loving Friends and Belle & Beast, Certain as the Sun. Both carry a specialized foil and 3D hot stamp unique to the Iconic tier, and both are trading in the thousands in the set's first week.

Why is Attack of the Vine more expensive than a typical new Lorcana set?

Reported availability issues at retail have tightened supply against strong demand, and the roster, Monsters Inc's full debut alongside Up and Turning Red, is genuinely stacked. Expect prices to cool as product reaches shelves, the pattern Winnie the Pooh & Piglet already showed when it dropped from roughly $1,200 at prerelease to roughly $679 within a week.

Is Attack of the Vine worth grading?

The Enchanted and Iconic tiers are worth a submission if the raw price and your scan both support it. Iconic cards have a tiny population by design, only two per set, which supports strong gem premiums over time. Lower rarities almost never clear the break even math on a grading fee.

What is the Hunny keyword?

Hunny is a new mechanic tied to the set's Hundred Acre Wood cards, seen on Christopher Robin and the Hunny Mage line. It is a genuine Constructed addition, part of why cards carrying it drew heavy demand from players and collectors at once.

Does Attack of the Vine really have more than 204 cards?

Yes. It ships 207 numbered cards, the first Disney Lorcana release to pass the 204 card ceiling every set before it used. The secret rarity range, Epic, Enchanted, and Iconic, sits above that count as before.
