Statement of Use

ZeroPop's catalog includes card images and card data sourced from community and official reference sources. These images are displayed at reduced resolution solely to identify trading card products, in the manner of a reference guide or price guide, so that you can confirm you have scanned or found the correct card, set, and variant.

Where a user has submitted their own photograph of a physical card through ZeroPop, that user-submitted photograph is displayed instead of a catalog reference image. Catalog reference images are shown only as a placeholder when no user-submitted photograph exists for that card.

Portions of the materials used by ZeroPop to identify cards, including card images and card data, are the property of their respective publishers. Card artwork, logos, and set names remain the property of their respective rights holders at all times; ZeroPop does not modify, crop, watermark, or overlay its own branding on any catalog reference image.

Card Image Sources

Catalog reference images are mirrored from the following community and official sources, by game:

• Pokemon - card images and data via TCGdex.
• Magic: The Gathering - card images and data via Scryfall (see the attribution below).
• Yu-Gi-Oh! - card images via YGOPRODeck.

These images are stored on ZeroPop's own servers rather than linked directly from the source, and are served only for card identification purposes as described above.

DMCA Copyright Takedown

Hanlon Digital LLC responds promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on a copyright owner's behalf, and believe that a catalog reference image or any other content displayed by ZeroPop infringes your copyright, send a written takedown notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL, card page, or catalog image at issue, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
• A physical or electronic signature of the complaining party.

Send notices to: support@zeropop.zendesk.com (subject line "DMCA Notice"). On receipt of a valid notice, we remove the image from the catalog and block it from re-ingestion, so it will not be re-added by a future catalog refresh. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). If we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

Rights Holder Requests

Publishers, licensors, or other rights holders who would prefer that their content not appear in ZeroPop's catalog at all, even absent a formal DMCA notice, may contact us at the same address above. We will remove the relevant images across the service on request.
