Subscription Plans

ZeroPop offers three tiers:

Free

  • 25 scans per month
  • Full sub-grade analysis (corners, edges, surface, centering)
  • Defect mapping
  • Collection binders
  • Cloud sync

Pro — $9.99/month or $79.99/year (save 33%)

  • 100 scans per month
  • Everything in Free
  • Market pricing & card values
  • Portfolio tracking
  • Price history & P&L
  • Cost basis tracking

Ultra — $24.99/month or $199.99/year (save 33%)

  • 500 scans per month
  • Everything in Pro
  • PSA, BGS, & CGC grade estimates
  • Submission ROI calculator
  • CSV export
  • Advanced analytics

Billing

All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

Scan Limits

Scan limits operate on a rolling 30-day cycle from the date of your subscription start or renewal. Unused scans do not roll over to the next period.

Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for paid plans from time to time. If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel a free trial at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap ZeroPop.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. When it expires, your account reverts to the Free plan. All your data — cards, binders, grades, and images — is preserved and accessible on the Free plan.

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Hanlon Digital LLC does not offer refunds for subscription payments. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must request it directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cancelling your subscription stops automatic renewal but does not refund the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends.

Deleting the ZeroPop app does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings to stop billing.

Plan Changes

  • Upgrades — take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
  • Downgrades — take effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain your current plan's features until then.

ZeroPop is not affiliated with PSA (Collectors Universe), BGS (Beckett Collectibles), or CGC (Certified Collectibles Group). Grade estimates do not represent actual grades from these organizations.

Hanlon Digital LLC is not liable for any financial decisions you make based on ZeroPop's data, including decisions to buy, sell, trade, hold, or submit cards for professional grading.

Banned User Subscriptions

If your account is banned for violating our Terms of Service:

  • You lose access to all paid features immediately upon being banned.
  • Your Apple App Store subscription continues billing unless you cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • No refund is provided for any remaining subscription period.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days following the ban and then permanently deleted.
  • You may appeal the ban within 14 days by emailing zeropop@hanlon.digital.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period. We will notify you of any price changes in advance, and you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

Feature Availability

Features included in each subscription plan may change over time. We will provide notice of significant changes to plan features. We may add new features, modify existing ones, or remove features that are no longer viable.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to your subscription are subject to the arbitration and class action waiver provisions in our Terms of Service.
